Nkwobi is a popular, spicy Igbo delicacy from Southeastern Nigeria, made from cow foot (or cow leg) cooked until tender and mixed with a flavorful sauce of palm oil, edible potash, ground crayfish, African nutmeg, and spicesThe dish is often garnished with fresh utazi leaves and onions and is commonly found in local bars and restaurants.
